The Two Knight's Defense : King's Knight's Openings - Part 8


Welcome to Part 8 of King's Knight's opening moves. Part 7 focused on Captain Evan's Gambit, this lesson will explain the Two Knight's Defense.


The Two Knights' DEFENSE.

This, like the Evans Gambit, and the Queen's Pawn Game or Scotch Gambit, is a variation merely of the Giuoco Piano; the second player, instead of moving at his 3d move, K. B. to Q. B's 4th, bringing out his K. Kt. to B's 3d.
